Coosa Riverkeeper needs your help to purchase a used truck for sampling efforts, transporting trailers and materials for events, and traveling along the Coosa watershed to advocate for our river!
Although our programs have continued to grow, unfortunately our cars have not. Multiple team members are often traveling through the state at the same time for events, sampling, and advocacy efforts with supplies, gear, and equipment.
It has become apparent our team is in need of another patrol vehicle. This year for Giving Tuesday, we are asking for your help to purchase a reliable used truck. This will help us ensure that a vehicle is always available to tow our trailer, take samples, and provide transportation for Coosa Riverkeeper staff as we trudge through the seasons of seemingly endless driving across the 5,000 square miles of our watershed.
